Hi. My daily calorie intake is 1200. I eat this amount no matter what exercise I do. I never eat them back but treat them as a bonus 'off ' and my weight is going down every week. Good Luck. x

I also measure once a week, and its great seeing the inches melt away. I started my weight loss plan on 4th Nov and at my 'measure in' today I have lost a total of 44.5 in so far. Keep up the good work. :bigsmile:

Well done to you. You should notice your clothes getting loser soon. I find using a tape measure a great morale booster also, as some weeks you may not have a great loss but the inches seem to drop away, and keep you on track. :bigsmile:
