Since I am a coach, I have it. I have only done one workout but it is alright. It really does target the butt and legs so if that's what you are wanting, it's good for that. The guy who does it is very hard to understand and sounds hilarious so I was laughing most of the time. Let me know if you have any other questions!

I don't know much about depression or anxiety, but could it be possible that you are sleeping too much? Also, are you exercising? When I'm feeling fatigued a lot sometimes it's due to not exercising enough. Good luck!
