  • Thankyou... Its a chicken tikka masala - chips -rice -nan bread, so very stoggy... :( Iv burned 200calories walking machine and walked to my mums today which was bout 50min walk... x

  • Thankyou - Im back to eating 3 meals now... and hope some of its water... To be honest iv never drank so much... in one day... at the gym it was 1 and a half bottle 500lm's... does the water just go? Sorry for all the questions... maybe 2mro might be lucky to see a loss.... thankyou x
  • Thankyou all.... Since the age of 6 I havent eaten fruit or veg.. I wont even let my partner cook for me near his if he has veg I carnt even stand the smell... If I was to buy a jar of sauce and it had veg in i would siv it... untill it was just sauce.. if this will Loose me weight untill I can do somthing about this big…

  • Thanks.. Iv been shopping and got my self food il enjoy.. But will keep track of it by the Calories, Im 5.6ft but am taking supplement too... x Will keep up to date with how this week goes.. I have weight in to night at slimming world.. :) x

  • Thankyou for all the reply's I was told 1200 but was wondering if that can be rice/chicken noodles as long as its in my limit? Yes 14lb in 12 days but this was eating only 1 meal a day :( Im getting my self out of this routeen now since I found this and can track my calories x
