1 scoop of Pure Protein Chocolate Whey Protein powder 1 scoop of Spirutein Cookies & Cream powder 2 cups of Unsweetened Blue Diamond Vanilla Almond Milk 1 Banana 1 tablespoon Nutella 5 icecubes Which makes two shakes (I always end up making one for myself and one other person). For one shake, just half it. It's delicious.

I have plantar fasciitis as well. My right ankle pronates horribly, and it's caused me a lot of pain in that foot for basically as long as I can remember. It recently got much worse, which led me to the plantar fasciitis diagnosis. Arch supports have been so-so with helping, so I'm really hoping that getting some weight…

I second Body Fortress Whey Protein, and I too make my smoothies/shakes using unsweetened almond milk. They taste delicious. :)
