IF only works in conjunction with a calorie deficit. Personally, I only do it because it helps me avoid overeating by limiting the times of the day I eat.

Overnight oats (most people either LOVE it or HATE it). My version is about a 1/4 cup rolled oats, half cup almond milk, half cup greek yogurt, 1/4 cup pumpkin flax granola. Mix and let sit overnight. I eat cold right out of the fridge.

I have over 100 left to lose, down 8 technically in the last 2 weeks. I was down 10 a week ago but then July 4th happened... (and a few days before and after).

Probably from sodium. I gained like 4-5 pounds over the 4th weekend. In two days I am almost back to normal. Enjoy yourself when on vacation and just know there will be a small period to get back. Just don't stay off the wagon. :)
