You should be proud that you are so motivated! You don't HAVE to exercise to lose weight. You do need to eat fewer calories than your body burns. Have you talked to a doctor?

Yes and no. He's definitely not focused on it, but since I prepare all our meals, he's lost weight without having to try. But he does pressure me for pizza, chinese, fast food, etc.

The first two weeks, I just eliminated processed foods from 80% of my diet - I didn't count calories, I just prepped all my own foods. The last 12 days I have done 1200-1400 NET calories a day. Lots and lots and lots of water. Peeing is a hobby of mine now, as I do it 8-10 times a day.

Your GOAL should be to lose 2 pounds per week. You should not net less than 1200 calories a day. That being said, I am your height and starting weight and I have lost 20 pounds in about 3-4 weeks (10 pounds before joining MFP).

I feel like we could write the same life story. I also work 4 ten hour days then come home to my busy 5 year old and 18 month old. I also cook (and clean up) dinner for my family. By the time dinner is done it's usually between 7-8 and by then i'm feeling pretty exhausted. Then bedtime is between 7-9 (depending which kid).…

Can you do any exercise at your desk? I have a 5lb weight I use sporadically, and I am replacing my office chair with an exercise ball. There are so many other desk exercises if you google them.

I think I found their online menu. The vegetable quesadilla is probably your best bet - nothing in it is fried. Or the vegetable jambalaya.

Of course, one night won't ruin everything. But that doesn't answer your question. There is a Mexican restaraunt I go to that offers grilled veggies instead of beans and rice. I believe corn tortillas are lower in calories than flour. Salsa shouldn't be much, to add that to spice things up. What do you normally eat there?…
