Welcome --:flowerforyou: --- it is amazing what a support group can to do help. I know you will have success if you use the tools avaliable on this site. Just remember that slow and steady wins the race. One day at a time and if that is to big just one hour at a time. You will get there and be triumph!!!!:wink:

I have the same problems. I had someone recommend for me to pick up a book --- the name is Breaking Free from Emotional Eating by Geneen Roth (i think that is the author - i know the title is right) This book gave me a completely different way to look at food and why I eat the way i do. Now i still eat bad at times -- but…

I have a long way to go and i am so excited that i have finally found a place that i feel like people understand what all the obstacles feel like. Thanks to all -- maybe by the time i reach my goal i will be able to like myself outside this forum:grumble: :mad: :embarassed:
