I don't think anyone has mentioned this but be sure to avoid cardio if you're trying to gain. Too much aerobic activity is an easy way to hinder weight gain.

Pretty much this. You're most likely thin enough but need to build up your ab muscles. Definitely start strength training as well...you won't get bulky. Heavy squats build up your abs just as much as any ab routine.

Goal is 3100 calories daily + eat back exercise so roughly 3500 daily. I try to get in 185g protein because this is my goal LBM (185 lbs). That's it for the most part...and limit sugar as much as possible.
