Me, I don't like them, I don't like peanut butter at all, give me nutella any day :) I only saw them when I was looking at american stores for Marshmallow Fluff, though that is now in Sainsbury which will save a fortune should I need to buy it again :)

You can get them in the UK but from specialist american stores at a very inflated price. Have a google and you will find some shops, or there is always good ole Amazon :)

This but no plastic wrap in microwave, I also turn it over half way through. Then chuck it in the oven (full temp) for 5-10 mins to crisp the skin.

Freeze them for when I need egg yolks. If you are going to use them in a sweet dish then add a pinch of sugar to them before freezing and if a savory then add a pinch of salt. It stops them thickening up. Just don't get them muddled unless you like salty custard :happy:

I have this scale and its gives me inconsistent readings, it can be up to a 5lb difference. They are in the exact same place, I am sad enough to have drawn lines on my floor so I line it up exactly every time and they always lie.

If you loose 10kg's you will look ill. Totally agree with either weight lifting, 30 shred or something along those lines. You will loose inches and tone up with 30 day shred but its hard, deceptively so. If you search 30DS results on here you will see some great examples of how well it can work.

Its in your head hun. I would say when you start to feel sick drink some ice cold water which will help ease it. We both know that VLC is not the way to go and you are working to fix that. You are so used to eating the wrong way that you are programmed to panic at anything else. YOU CAN DO THIS so don't give up!! xxx
