i have this severely. i had corrective surgery that failed within 3 weeks. its now been a year and a half of waiting for surgery to correct it (i waited 6 long years to have it fixed in the first place!)

i know what you mean tho! i painted y bedroom and then my livingroom. omg it was most definitely a work out up and down the ladder and the roller. i was exhausted! but i didnt log it... suppose you could log it as cleaning... there is that option x

i have 3 kids ages 3, 5 & 7. i regularly tell each and every one of them 'youre my favourite' lol. they hear me say it to the others and to them... theyre all my favourite really lol i have a bro and dont really remember being in that situation tho, maybe my mum didnt like either of us much haha x

i want to do couch 2 5k too. so i started walking to build up my fitness. started with 15 minutes and worked up. its been 97 days and i realised yesterday that i now do 4 miles worth of intervals :) X

chris powell the personal trainer recommends half your weight number in ounces.. example. 200 lbs = 100 ounces of water. i dunno how accurate this is but just passing n what i read x

being a stay at home mum gives you the freedom to eat better. alot of the time its hard when people are stuck in a stuffy office with fast food options all around. scrambled egg on toast, grilled chicken pita, tuna salad, pita bread pizzas (great to make with kids too!). you can do it :) X

i have to lose 103 lbs total... i do have kids and i dont have an office jobs and i do love veggies but i also kick *kitten* and log every damn day without fail and push myself to move my lazy butt to lose this damn weight. so if you want a friend who is accountable... you know where to find me :) x
