I completely understand. I started working out last monday and gained 2 pounds..a little frustrating, but have to concentrate on water weight and muscle mass..Your doing a great job so keep up the good work :)

I tend to put it on the satellite and found a station called Galaxie Hitlist and it has alot of great music to workout to, nothing i would personally buy but good base beats :)

I did try that once. now it's in the basement, kept falling off the thing, could never get the exercise ball right..guess my balance is not that great with it..lol

Hi, My name is Jennifer and though i am not Type 1< my son is, and i've noticed that with increase activity, he tends to go low, so when we know he will have an active day, e.g, swimming, skating etc, we give him continuous little snacks to keep him average, and we do not give him insulin, it does help his numbers> But…
