I was diagnosed a few years ago, and have always fluctuated weight wise. I have been logging everything I eat, and starting to exercise a few times a week. I have lost 14lbs in about 6 weeks without any meds. I am feeling great, and losing a little bit steadily! Best of luck to you on your loss!!

My man loves big women too. And quite frankly I think he is bummed I am losing weight. But, I am doing it for my health and for how I feel. I will always be a curvy girl with a butt, that's just how I am built. But I am not going to feel unhealthy because my man wants a huge woman. Sorry guys.

Well you are looking great!! I would just add a few new moves to your workouts, and maybe do an extra walk here and there to surprise your system to lose. You are doing a great job! Don't get down! We all have our ups and downs in this process!

I had been going over my calories last week and feeling really bloated and gross. Did my weigh in this Saturday, and lost 1.4lbs! I couldn't believe it! Guess the bloating didn't affect me any! I weigh in once a week, Saturday morning before I have any coffee or breakfast. If you weigh all the time you will fluctuate due to water weight and it will drive you nuts!

I tend to eat over my calorie allotment on Saturdays. I think the highest I went was like 560 calories over. Gives me a lil something to look forward to.

I have found that if I have an old craving, I take a walk. If I get away from the kitchen and do something to kill some time, the craving passes. Water is still a hard one with me. I hate drinking it, and add lemon whenever I can. (I have been on my mission to lose now for a month, and have dropped 13.2lbs)

^^ This right here! You can do it! Just pick yourself up and dust off! Start tomorrow with a good healthy breakfast, and start all over. You just need to take it one day at a time. It will happen, just be easy on yourself!
