    Congratulations on your weight loss! You look amazing!

    My doctor had recommended exercising in the morning before work, which I try to do most days - that way it is done and if I'm tired after work, it doesn't mess up my exercise :)

    That's how it works for me, too! If I don't exercise by lunchtime, it usually doesn't happen, especially now that it's getting darker out earlier. Plus, exercising earlier helps me know how many calories I can eat for the day.
