I have been using Pinterest as a recipe source lately. I have made a lot of recipes off of there, and they have pretty much all been good!

I have just started using Organic Rice Protein. I have the unflavored kind, and put a scoop in my green smoothies. I cannot taste anything, and it def gives you a TON of healthy protein! Good luck!

I have been using Ground Flax seeds and Chia seeds in my green smoothies. I have also done chia seeds in water with ice and lots of fresh squeezed lime juice. I don't really notice a direct effect other than energy from the Chia. =)

I have an obsession with green smoothies at the moment, but I log each and everything I put in them. The calories add up fast, and they do count! Good luck on your loss!!

Keep doing what you are doing hun. He is just feeling bad because you are getting hot, and people are noticing you look so good! DO NOT let him get you down! If anything, use it as more motivation to lose even more!! You ROCK!

I intend to weigh my foods when I can, and count calories yes. I have found that calories add up VERY quickly and keeping track helps me alot. To each their own though!
