no those aren't my abs:) they're the abs I'm working toward. these are mine, and I think the bootcamp class I take has a lot to do with it! and the bike and core class. We do a lot of planks, leg lifts, side crunches, etc

Welp, gained a lb this weekend. Hoping its temporary weight but I did eat A LOT of crap We shall see

I always lose weight on the weekend because I always have a lot of trouble eating back my exercise calories, and on saturdays I don't workout and usually go way over and I guess by body then realizes it's not starving and lets go of the weight it was holding all week

I was a 36 DD, now barely a 34 D.. But I wanted to shrink. I want to be a large C

Added more lifting yesterday, only did about 30 minutes worth of cardio Today i have a bike and core class. I'm not doing weights today though maybe I'll run a little bit

Especially because two of my best friends are just naturally very THIN and have been picked on and are now trying REALLY hard to PUT ON weight and when people are like "you're anorexic" when they're trying so hard? just no.

Being FAT is something you do to YOURSELF there are other factors, but I blame myself for getting fat Anorexia is a SERIOUS MENTAL ILLNESS I'm FAT. like.. I don't understand why people are freaking the hell out maybe I'm just not easily offended but really... calm down

No i do not find the thought of it offensive i was saying that you just shouldnt go around calling people anorexic because it's a seriously illness.. like... what you don't even make sense
