Day 3, Month 2. Week 1. I like month 2 better. It is harder but I like the exercises more. They are more creative. It is so true that is all in your head. I know I will never get through an Insanity workout, but I will darn near kill myself trying! Results and Recovery formula is so important, also Omega 3!

I use the enell bras. They are pricey but they do the job.

I am on Day 2 of Week 4. I have lost 9lbs so far and 4 inches off my waist. It is hard, I am usually on the floor halfway through and struggle to get through the exercises.I am loving it and liking the results!

I started it today!!!!!!! My starting weight now is 199! I also downloaded the app for my phone that prompts me when to run, rather than counting on my watch. I did it outside today, but the 90 degree weather almost killed me, LOL!!:laugh:
