This is not true for everyone. Many perhaps, but not everyone. I eat 1100-1200 daily. I lose on average .50 to 1 lb a week. I am 5'2" and currently weigh 178. I've lost 25lbs this way. My muscle mass is doing fine. If I eat more than 1200, I either don't lose or I gain. This is from months of experience.

Yup. Brownies and chocolate chip cookies. Until I can control myself, they don't enter my domain.

Anyone can add me...if you are looking for similar stats...I'm 5'2", cw is 178, started at 203. Mom, middle aged, married, etc... I gotta lot to lose still. :) 204.

Anyone can add me. I am on every day and will support your journey, especially if you support mine. :)

I have. I hate working out. There are so many other things I feel I could be doing. But for the first time in years I am finally losing weight. The only way I push myself through those moments is thinking of future moments. I think of how I will feel when I am done. And how proud I will be of myself. Its the only way I can…

- Enjoy the little moments with my children more than I already do - Try to focus a bit more attention on myself rather than just a mom and wife - Lose 30 more lbs - Buy a home - Go back to Disneyland

Congrats! Great job!

Admittedly, I have wondered this too..

Well...I feel slighted. Surely by now she has found out if she is or not. :(

Not cups and cups. Trust me...wasn't having cups. Just daily part of my diet. I love spinach. But when the stone was tested after it passed, the dr said to cut back. I have...the other stone has been in there coming on 2 yrs and I would like to keep it that way. Lol

I drink way more water than I used to, which I completely attribute to not having the other stone move. I have one cup of coffee in the morning, but only drink herbal tea or water the rest of the day. On average, I get about 75 oz of water in me in a day. spinach, Swiss chard, beet greens, collards, are all high in…

I have PCOS...diagnosed about 3 months ago. What has worked for me is low sugar/low carb. I don't count sugar in fruits, but do limit breads and such with higher sugar content. I have also stayed at 1200 or less calories a day. That is not for everyone, but is certainly works best for me. I have found that with PCOS, there…

Oatmeal...just dry oats?

Incidentally...I love your Grinch. I recently painted my porch fire hydrant as the grinch (see profile pic) Love the Grinch.

Then I shall feel somewhat empty through out the holidays...never knowing...always wondering. LOL. I hope she does...mainly because if she is preggo then there is nothing else seriously wrong with her. Throwing up like that without pregnancy is scary...

1. The scale laughs at me when I walk by daring me to step on. I don't. I usually don't see a loss this week. 2. Depends on your body. Mine is about 5 days after my period. 3. Only when chocolate is mocking and daring me and I have to eat it to make it shut up. Happens quite a bit during ovulation.

^^^ I could have bought stock in EPT at one point...would have been cheaper

*sigh* No update yet?

Excellent job!

^^^ This. Inquiring minds wanna know...

It does sound suspiciously like pregnancy. Good luck either way.

Its all personal preference. For me personally, I watch my sugar because if I eat a lot of it, I get horrible aches and pains in my joints. This is from trial and errors on my part. After three months of really limiting it, I don't crave candy or desserts that much. But if I do,I have a small amount and I just watch my…

5'2 1/2 SW 203 CW 180 GW 155 I will decide when I hit 155 if I want to lose more. Its been 20 years since I was that weight and it was pre kids...my dr thinks somewhere between 145 and 150 with my body frame would be good. We'll see.

Woohoo! best feeling ever!
-
Congrats! What a great accomplishment!

HAHA! Thanks. I am just giddy now...

I inherited a nutribullet...it is awesome and so easy to clean up.

Oh...I bought some raspberries yesterday...well a mix of raspberries, blueberries and blackberries. That sounds much better than oats. LOL I did add them to my smoothie yesterday with my normal kale and spinach combo...as well as almond milk. Perhaps that would be enough. :)
