Most unprocessed foods like lean meats, veggies and fruit are naturally gluten free. Just eat more real food and you'll be fine.

There are some trainers out there that can help you build muscle while keeping you accountable to a healthy diet. Unfornantely, this trainer doesn't sound like one of them. Consider trying to stay under 25g of sugar a day. Sugar is addictive and the more you "treat" yourself, the more you will crave it. Allow yourself one cheat meal a week to have your sugar, but this should not be a daily thing. When you do get a sugar craving try reaching for nuts or cheese.

I just lost 30lbs in 3 months. I also have a lot to loose. I do 30 mins. of cardio everyday and strength train 3 days a week (2 with a personal trainer and 1 on my own). I eat lean proteins and veggies with one cheat meal a week. I starting having a cheat meal after 2 months of clean eating. it's very doable! Good Luck!
