I work 3 nights on a row 10-7 and when I get off I have to look after the kids so I get very little sleep. I have found tracking from midnight- midnight the best way for me too. I'm trying to figure out if I should be eating extra or not at the moment, like a previous poster my daughter is 12 months so only feeds three times a day, I think for me it will be a bit of trial and error
