I rarely drink. Didn't eat the meal plan..had a mini fridge in my dorm freshman year and then a kitchen after that so I mostly stocked with healthy stuff. But the number one factor was probably ROTC. I had to be in shape and had intense physical training sessions through that. So actually I was in my best shape of my life…

I think if you're losing or have lost weight and can feel full, then it wouldn't be an issue. You're not going to suddenly never feel full again. You'd know if you've had "damage" by now.
