Body fat and muscle mass advice please!
I went in for my second body comp testing today and although I'm losing weight my body fat is up and my muscle mass is down :( The lady who did the testing recommended getting more protein which I will be trying. First Body Comp.!
Did my first body comp. today! Here are some stats Weight 155 Height 5'6" Body fat is at 29.9% Muscle % is 31.6% Visceral fat is 4 And my resting metabolism is at 1464 So I think I'm going to be increasing my calorie to my resting metabolism rate and see how that goes.
