First Body Comp.!

Did my first body comp. today! Here are some stats
Weight 155
Height 5'6"
Body fat is at 29.9%
Muscle % is 31.6%
Visceral fat is 4
And my resting metabolism is at 1464
So I think I'm going to be increasing my calorie to my resting metabolism rate and see how that goes. Could anyone tell me what a reasonable one month goal for body fat would be?

    If your eating correctly and doing resistance training.. your BF should go down while your muslce % goes up.. I would definitely suggest starting a resistance training program. As for progress you want the above to happen.. it might be 2% or 5%.. what you don't want is weight to drop and bf% to remain the same
