My mom had to blend ALL of her food to drink through a straw for almost a year when she was younger because she got into a really bad car accident and ended up with her jaw wired shut. I don't know why anyone would choose this. Ick.

I spent a year in Japan during high school and my host mom used to make all sorts of cute things in my obento's like bunnies, pandas, and hello kitty. :)

Adding weight is beneficial to strengthen your muscles, but if it hurts your knees I wouldn't do it. If you feel a basic squat becoming less effective you could up your reps or try different types of squats, squat jumps, etc. to make it more of a challenge. I would also have someone check your form to make sure that isn't…

From a nutrition aspect, I try to limit my intake of added sugars from processed foods and such. I don't count sugars from fruits and other natural sources. I watched a really interesting documentary yeaterday though called Fed Up. According to that, sugar calories (all sugars, natural or processed) aren't treated by your…

I got the nexplanon implant in September and haven't had any noticeable changes in weight/appetite although I did have constant headaches at first which went away after about 2 months. Maybe once your body adjusts to the hormones you will have a similar response with your appetite? Some changes are normal though and I…

Also, if you forget to put it into sleep mode, when you wake up you can add it based off of times that it guessed you were sleeping.

This last week I'm down to only 5 lbs because I injured my wrist but I can't imagine one week would have much effect. My protein in take varies. Usually around 70-90 grams…
