I run on a calorie deficit but could make it stricter. The surgery wasn't greatly successful, so I'm left with good days and bad. I can manage light weights, a few lbs here and there, but only for very short periods of time.

I'll have a look for a squat vest! Jogging on the trampoline is hard. Probably one of the hardest workouts ever. It's like hopping from one foot to the next but keeping balance at the same time. Good for core.
