I know I'm at a fairly low weight, but it's not really the numbers on the scale that bother me, more the amount of fat that's on me. You wouldn't guess from looking at me that I'm 119, I look at least 130.

I'm also afraid that I may have messed up my metabolism from my irresponsible eating habits. I don't know what my BMR is because for all I know, it could have slowed down. Thus, I don't know how many calories to eat.

Like I said, if I could exercise I would. I don't want to go into detail, but I have some serious issues that prevent me from living an ordinary life. There are many things I can't do, exercise included.

I know 119lbs is in the healthy weight range, but I still look fat somehow. I realize that losing weight without exercise isn't ideal, but honestly I'd rather be skinnyfat than just fat. And I'd be able to work on toning later down the line.

Thanks. There is a little fat on there and I'm able to pinch it, and I can also feel my muscles underneath. There doesn't seem to be any weird lumps or bumps or anything.

Thanks everyone. I've never seen a doctor about it because I've always been far too embarrassed. Never even spoken to my parents or friends about it :( I'm at the point of desperation now though, so I guess it's time to suck it up and speak to my GP.
