  • Yeah, that is partly the thing - I don't want to pay a lot for them, so if the cheaper ones are just as comfy, then I may go for them.

  • I can't drive in any fit flops - I have a pair of tatty trainers in the car and they are the only things I can drive in well! I livwe in the country but I was thinking of getting them for the office and the house. Prob just popping to shops etc. Nothing too strenous!

  • I already get called the blonde one at work so why would me bursting into dance really change anyone's perception?! Office jobs are meant to be brightened up by eccentric behaviours!
  • It's no different than a detox really - and I usually just eat fruit and veg and a bit of meat. I have been meat free for a month every now and again too just to see if there was any difference but I never felt it personally. So perhaps you could do veg, fruit and meat as a compromise? Plus, you need protein in you or else…
  • That is what I popped it on as well, I suppose it gives a good estimate anyway :-)
  • Thanks, I have Shape Up but it made me wonder what on earthI burn on Dance Central as I always seem more tired after that game!
  • I always try and improve my calorie burn by taking every single item and hanging it up right after it comes off the ironing board!
