agree with all the others...i started walking and built up to running using the C25K program and built up to 17km jogs..then lost focus and stopped and I have just started again..you guessed it..I walk everyday..even the days I plan to run and then feel too lazy I make myslef walk and most times end up running once im out…

Im sorry..i dont like being rude or mean to people but I get sick of skinny women saying its the same for them...rubbish, the taunts and rude things said to you over the years would never equal the amount us chubby women have received and I bet they were never as mean or hurtful...and you will never feel the same despair…

haud iens tergum - ' no going back' but i really like the v2.0 as well. i said i was going to get the 'haud iens tergum' tattoo when i reached goal....but i didnt reach goal, i lapsed and put 7 of the 14 kg i had lost back on, but im back again for round 2 and this time I WILL reach that goal and get that tattoo

Ive been doing the Hal Higdon for training for my first HM in August and while Ive managed to increase my distance at the rate he recommends, my pace is definately slowing - Im not sure what to do now, keep with that program or try this?

You can layer it with spinach - you need to use lots of spinach though -its really nice and adds a lot of iron to the meal
