Day 42 on phase 1
-
I myself am a workout freak! I feel my best when I workout like a beast! But I personally just can not loose weight without ketosis and only extremely limited light to no exercise. That being said - it is now my time again to loose some accumulated extra flab. 2 months phase 1 and yoga only.

I plan to phase off around Easter. I would love to join in with the motivation and support on phase 4 Lifetime healthy and fit! We've got this one girls ????

I am love paleo for maintaining my weight. For rapid weight loss, and ketosis, I have experienced that paleo is too high in fat and oils to get my weight loss goal and not compatible with the Ideal Protein protocol. I am close to my goal weight and am anxiously waiting to return to paleo.

I really enjoy the convenience of the great tasting Muffin Maker mixes purchased from the wheat belly Wheat Free Market. They can be made as per the basic instructions for a quick healthy meal/snack that is delicious. Or... even better than that they are easily adapted as a base for any variety that you can dream up. For…

Yes! You are not crazy and you are definitely not alone. Sugar makes a very real change in the chemical reactions within our brain. It literally blocks the proper chemical hormone that signals our body to be content and satisfied. And furthermore it increases the cravings central to such an excited state that it can be…

I don't believe that a human body can never eat anything in large, unlimited, as much as we'd like portions! Especially true for high calorie & fat items such as nuts. I am pretty sure that my body would be getting too many calories if I did that. However, it is true that if you are gluten/wheat sensitive and you are…

I was very shocked at how much fat and calories the gluten free diet added. Especially if you use the GF replacement grains and or GF processed packaged foods. They are all so very high is starchy carbs that will pack on the body fat and weight quickly. Also the nuts, while nutrient rich, are also very high calories and…

Thank you- every one, for your prompt and kind replies! I am planning on making a family traditional recipe for Lasagna. I was thinking on using thin zucchini alternately with a good GF noodle. I am going to Amazon search some of your suggestions. I live in a very small town, so my shopping choices are VERY limited, so I…

I am here :P Recently began wheat-less-ness! Loved the Wheat Belly book and the Recipe book. Made first loaf of the Basic bread yesterday. Stocking my pantry with the allowable items. Just a couple more key items and I will be set to begin experimenting with this. Hope you are there and serious and that we can work through…
