Not at all, I am 15 stone, 5'6 and 35. Goal weight, bing optimistic, is 12 stone. I put everything I eat and drink on here, although I do forget to log my water sometimes. I am not certain with some items, if there are no calories on something, say in a restaurant, and then I search for something generic.

You are not alone in this. I too worry about what to eat after exercise, as I am often hungry but don't want to undo what I have done. No advice, sorry, but just to let you know others are in same boat :-)

Yes have something in mind. I went to the gym a few weeks ago, with every intention of working out, got there and thought, 'what am I going to do now?' I wonder if it is too intense, and often pick up the weight and look at my PT as if to say - are you serious! But she has faith I can lift these weights, and I am getting stronger. Yes I was suffering terribly with them so was advised of a trigger free diet for two weeks and then to add back certain known trigger foods. I can eat 1 yoghurt, and be fine. But I Couldn't eat eggs for breakfast and yoghurt after lunch today, and not get a migraine. Greek yoghurt is a little better so will try and factor…

Eggs, bananas and yoghurt are all migraine triggers, especially for me. I chose not to eat red meat, but forec down white meat and fish. I get my % from MFP.

When I said the goal is to lose weight, I mean I am at the stage of needing to lose weight. I am not looking to gain or maintain. I understand that this is achieved through calorie deficit. But I wanted to explain that I am not looking to bulk up in a gym....

My gym is about a 10 minute walk from me, so tend to walk there, do about 10 minutes extra cardio to get heart rate higher, and then 20 minutes of strength training and then walk back. Just wondered what others would do in the same situation, but seems everyone is different :-)

Same thing is happening to me, and I weigh my food too. Thinking of weighing myself every day, and logging it, to see if there is a pattern.

My exercise burns are based on what MFP state. I ensure m weight is accurate on I if I throws out some crazy figure. I did have a disputed calories burned between MMW and MFP but I went with the lower. I exercise to enable me to eat more, so if I know that I am likely to eat a higher calorie dinner in the evening it is…

I do think I suffer with low blood sugar. The night of this I had a migraine attack, and one the net day, and a bad head for 3 days. I understand I might feel more hungry but as someone who clearly has over eaten in the past, I do not know if this sort of hunger is 'normal' for those who are fit and healthy. I like the…

yes it is. I also have a fitbit (I like my gadgets and apps :p ) and the Fitbit agrees with MFP so am sticking with that for logging. If I have no weight loss in a week or so I will then try eating back fewer of exercise calories. Just trying to find that level.

Lol hadn't thought of that! I have just tried to split it into 400 calories per meal. But I think I need to get some smarter snacks, and put those in to my ady. Its a big learning curve for me. sometimes feel I am not doing any of it right.... but I am trying to stick at it.

Really? But I only have 624 remaining for tonight.... and my dinner will be around 500.... I like to keep around 100 in reserve in case I want a biscuit after dinner... I am scared to eat over my allowance. I'll go buy an apple on my way home...

The frittata wasn't on the menu in the end :-( ended up with tagliatelle with buffalo mozzarella, purple broccoli and asparagus. Not helpful when everyone was having chips .... and they all had dessert. I did treat myself to a coffee tho lol. I don't know how many calories to log for the tagliatelle. It was a very small…
