Try to log everything you eat no matter how painful that is! I think if you make yourself log what you decide to eat over your calories you will choose better options and you can make yourself accountable for what you are doing. Pick up some natural peanutbutter if you like peanut butter and scoop a tablespoon out and eat…

Yes! When I go to bed knowing that I made it through the daily food battles and won ...the next day is so much easier to wake up to! And it is sooo true how yekky I feel when I eat wrong, just sluggish and tired and pay with it with a stomach ache afterwards!

I haven't tried coconut milk yet or Almond Breeze but I am going to ....good idea thanks! I thought of doing a challenge at my work also, I might just start one up...how do you all weigh in?

Awesome post! It really pays of to keep things simple like you said using left overs... I cook on the weekends and make most of my lunches from it !for the week! I also make almond flour from ground whole almonds ... It's much cheaper that way!

Thank you for the support ladies! Little life changes are eye openers like this morning i used half n half and when i went to put that in my calories i realized that is 40 calories ... and i like two or three coffee's a day so even though it is "real" food vs chemical...I might look at using coffeemate for less calories…
