The Gold's Gym Cardio boxing is what I have - I did work up a sweat, just keeping up the beat with my feet! I'm assuming it gets more intense as I get through all the beginning stuff? I'll have to look into the Sports Active 2 maybe.

As everyone else said - yes you can go to ER, but a dentist is the best option - I know my ER copay is $60 and I work in a dental office - $100 for ER visit including xrays you will need anyways - so that would be on top of your ER visit - Being a student - are you possibly still covered under your parents dental…

I'm an early am person. I have a treadmill & elliptical at work, i get there at 5,work out, shower & go downstairs to my office. I know i'm very fortunate to have that setup, but i do have a treadmill at home too, but early am works best for me. That way i start the day off right & don't have to think about it again.

Not everyone at the gym has always had the 'gym body' they may have now. You never know how many people around you started at the same point you are starting! Go & do your thing!
