Is anyone currently following the FP4H 'system' for lack of a better word? I had great success using MFP a few years ago, but am now right back where I started from. I know I can do this. I now have God in my life and am joining a FP4H group through my church. Anyone else?

How do you log resistance training? I use the (I think) Cybex machines at the gym. I just joined recently, and usually just go with what my fitbit says. I'm curious if anyone uses their Wii for excersize? If so, what games do you do? I have a cardio boxing one I just tried the other night, and it was OK. Grilled veggies in foil
I bought some summer squash & mushrooms to grill in foil packets - I always broil them - do I need to put any liquid (oil? butter?) in the foil packets along with the veggies?
