How do you log resistance training? I use the (I think) Cybex machines at the gym. I just joined recently, and usually just go with what my fitbit says. I didn't get to do any cardio today, so I was hoping to log the weights seperately. I tried serching for each exersize, some are there, some aren't. And, I don't life a specific 'weight' it goes by the resistance #'s.
Advice?

I would just look for resistance training as a cardio exercise in the exercise database. Honestly, it doesn't burn much--I think I get 100 calories for 30 minutes, but it is something.0
