I had a wee peep at your food diary. I can only suggest that you replace some of the drinks you're having with vegetables and more protein foods....:-}

I just leave the salt out altogether. It doesn't seem to make any difference to the final result, only that it tastes pretty blannd. But the blandness can be overcome with however you choose to use the bread....Good Luck..:-)

You're logging a lot of 'quick add calories'. Perhaps if these foods were itemised e.g. showing their protein, carb etc. content, you could adjust your eating differently.

I find that if the scales haven't moved, I can be sure that the tape measure will show me as being 'smaller' than my last weigh in. I weigh-in 1st think in the morning, once a week. To do it more often, I feel you don't get a true reading of how you're doing. :-} Good luck with your weight loss.....:-}

You are best to weight yourself once a day and leave it at that. You are only confusing yourself by jumping on the scales more than once a day. Be patient.....Your shape will change, be it gradually. Just keep on as you are.....and it will happen.....I had to loose a stone before there was any noticeable difference. :-}
