I have searched for the last hour and cant find anything under 150 calories. I am specifically looking for a 35-40 calories vegetable soup in chicken broth I used to make. (Not cabbage soup) I actually dont know what to put in soup besides carrot onion and celery

Personally I found out for myself cheat days are not good. Remember this is a lifestyle change and this is your life. Eat a good breakfast and a light lunch. starvation mode doesnt kick in with in a day. When you first start working out your muscles can retain water to help heal themselves. Also make sure your scale and battery are good. And weigh at the same time and place every day. A scale on carpet weighs you different than a scale on hardwood.

Maybe that is why the macine is off I cannot reach the handles for the heart rate reading. So the whole time I am on the machine it "reads" my heart rate as 90

So not the easy way out. I was considering WLS and I read about it and watched vlogs for 2 months... Actually it seemed ahrder to me than actually dieting and working out.
