I just got Vibram 5 fingers and loving them so far. For Running though you have to build up the time slowly. For weight training and aerobics are also great.

Hello there, perhaps you need to give yourself a break. As you mentioned you have been eating 1200 for 2 years now, which more than likely your body has become efficient and it has starting to burn less calories. hello there.. well I've been doing zumba, I have a HRT and a 45 min session i've been averaging 350cals I weight 195. which is about 1.79/ lb. So 230* 1.79 roughly 411 calories.. that's of course an estimate depending on how much effort you put into it.
