Well, it all depends on your goal... If you want to lose weight but don't care for your health, eat whatever you want and just make sure that you don't eat more calories than you're allowed. If you do care for your health, on the other hand, get used to fruit and veggies. Try smoothies (green or regular) as a sweet but…

I'm not very active around here, but if you'd like a FitBit friend, you can add me there. :-) https://www.fitbit.com/user/26W8SH Are you on Facebook? There's an awesome FitBit group over there as well, FitBit Pals.

Hey emmy, I don't suffer from back pain, so if you don't want my suggestion, that's perfectly understandable. However, I am currently reading a nice e-book called Yoga for Regular Guys (http://www.barnesandnoble.com/w/yoga-for-regular-guys-diamond-dallas-page/1113010204?ean=9781594746888), which is kind of the ancestor to…

I'm not sure how helpful this can be, sorry if it's not, but I'd like to suggest my personal favourite workout website: http://www.bodbot.com/ You tell them the usual stuff about your body (weight, height...), what you want to achieve, how fit you already are, what equipment you have and how much time. Then you'll get…

Sworkit! http://sworkit.com/ I've only discovered this recently and really like it. It's free, customisable, and if you have an Android or Apple device, you can download the app and sync with MFP straight away.

Did you calculate the overall calorie burn? I just started with this and am definitely too lazy to enter them all separately.

Why is that a problem? What kind of job were you offering? I've always worn my best jeans to interviews and no one ever complained. I mean, as long as there are no holes in them... They are standard clothes!

I leave out mixed fresh juices I sometimes buy, because I don't know the calories or how they have been mixed.

Looks interesting! I'll see if I can get that started with my guy around...

I started running because I felt the need to get out and move more after spending all day working in front of a computer. My boyfriend tried to urge me to be faster, run longer etc. but I couldn't see the fun in it. I don't run to exhaustion, I just want the air and the movement and some time off. Then I got my FitBit and…

I've had mine for a bit more than a week and still love it. Feel free to add me as well! :-) http://www.fitbit.com/user/26W8SH

I get up at 5:45 am and do a small workout, i.e. yoga or pilates, and when I get home around 7 pm I go running twice a week or do some other exercises. I go to bed around 10 pm already, though.

I'm using a Windows Phone 8 FitBit Tracker app (can't really find the same panel on the website) where you can add a HUGE number of activities. For example, they have a category "Transportation" with driving a car and stuff. I always log "Riding a bus" for my daily commuting and the few steps my Zip does record by mistake…

I can see "Add Friend" buttons on other people's profiles.

You can add me as well. :-) I don't have any real-life friends using FitBit.

Why do you want to loose 8kg? At your height and weight, that'll bring you right to the edge of being an underweight, skinny skeleton! Are you sure you'r not setting your goals too high? Also with your calorie intake, 1200 really isn't much and, as RobotMil says, won't suffice for most people.
