LW-249.9 TW-248.9 SW-280 GW-180 Last weekend I loaded up on meals because I figured I'm losing weight too fast and gained 5 pounds over the weekend. I lost it all back by Tuesday and today(Friday) I'm only one pound less than I was last week. So I guess my plan worked! What a Rollercoaster!
