  • I have two BentoGo's from amazon and I love them! I out my main course in the lower, largest section. Then my fruits/veggie soup/etc go in the top! I find it easiest if I group things by how/if they need to be reheated.

  • I treat Mexican restaurants as a treat. I cut out calories earlier in the day/week to make room for what I really want to eat (Pork Chili Verde) with corn tortillas - no cheese - no sour cream - but add guac/lettuce/pico! Add a bud light lime and you're good to go!

  • Thanks for the note. I ordered a Sunny machine after reading reviews. When I was going to the gym, I really liked the elliptical there, so I'm anxious to get one at home. I'm hoping that with counting my calories and making sure to get to working out at least 30 min every day, that I will start to see results!

  • I have a vanilla plant-based protein that I mix with coffee and ice in the morning for breakfast. It's delicious and feels like a decadent treat. I'm finding it keeps me happy until lunch time.

  • Are you doing any kinds of strength training exercises? Did you experience a huge weight loss to get where you are? My first thought is that strength training would help to burn the fat - you'll gain weight - but the muscle would look great.
