Thanks everyone for all the help. I got up and walked about a mile today. Nothing big but its a start. I did have my expectations set kinda high. I was only allowing myself 1250 calories a day and now i know that definately was not enough. Also why i was having such a hard time sticking to it cuz i was still hungry. Now…
