  • Finished Day 7 last night! Going to do Day 8 of level 1 tonight and probably start Level 2 as well. I am leaving for vacation on what would be day 27 so I am going to cut each level 1 day short.   • I skipped one day on friday :( but tonight will be Day 7 of Level one. I (since starting) have not lost any weight but have lost a total of 3 inches. Which I am pretty excited about!

  • I hate those lunges!!! Those are by far the worst. By the time I get there I just want to throw the weights at her face, and then pray that she says "ok and just two more".
