Any good exercises to help "tone up"?

I am headed off for a vacation in just about a month and a half and my "winter body" just won't cut it at the beach. I am looking to "tone up" my mid-section (mostly lower abdomen) as well as my arms and legs. I have started back up on a calisthenic regimen 5-6 days a weeks, and will be incorporating in some cardio in the next 2 days or so. But i have really fallen off of the exercise/diet wagon these past winter months and I have 39 days to get myself ready. I know the largest part of this is really diet, and I will admit that I love to eat, and its mostly sweets though. Any help to get myself ready would be fantastic. Also I would also love some meal plans to help me through as well, if anyone has any good ones that they like to follow! Thank you!

    Weights Weights!!! I've had huge success in lifting. Not much weight loss, but several inches lost! I love Kelly Coffee-Myers DVD's for strength training. I've gotten them off Amazon. Good Luck!
