I have not lost or gained any weight in the last 6 weeks. I have done what everyone has said uped my calories lowered my calories. ate all my exercise calories ate only half my exercise calories and still nothing. Can some one tell me what else I could do to change this?

Yes the ft7 lets you enter weight age sex and height.

I agree with the group I was using a mio motiva strapless HRM and was floored to see how off it was once i got the polar ft7 MIO Motiva strapless HRM would tell me I would burn for instance 500 calories on a half workout when in reality the polar ft7 would show 265. What a slap in the Face! Joe
