Just realised 620 can be linked to bike speed and cadence sensor. What will the 810 give me that the 620 won't. Is it just bigger, and got maps.

Thanks. Doing research is a bit of a minefield. He cycles and runs but doesn't swim. He's got a Garmin virb elite which is why I thought sticking with garmin might be a good idea, but I'm open to other suggestions.

She also has Body Revolution which is a 90 Day programme. Beachbody do a load of stuff. It depends on your goals and what type of thing you enjoy.

I liked P90x3 as it is so,varied. It's the first one I kept up with and didn't stop before I get bored. Within the last week, P90 (no X) has been released which is less strenuous. At the moment you can only get it through Team Beachbody. You could sell your others and use the money for this.

MFP is set up that you set your activity level to take into account your day WITHOUT exercise. You then add the exercise in. You need to be careful that you don't inflate the exercise calories burned though. Use a HRM. Many people just eat back half their exercise calories to allow for this.

It's very different from her Turbo stuff. The main workouts are about lifting heavy weights. It's a great way to start with strength training.

HRM are really for steady state cardio so i don't think they are accurate for piyo. Maybe wrong though.

Im afraid nothing is petfectly accurate. Take a look at Bodymediafit. I think this is supposed to be one of the most accurate trackers

There is no 'best'. It all depends what you want. Issues to consider are: Water proof or not Sleep tracker wanted? Wrist/ on show or hidden Activity or exercise or both What type of exercise Budget Wanted more for accuracy or motivation. I'm sure there is more.

Did you search 'activity monitor'. Polar loop and garmin vivofit are activity trackers and you can also link them to HRM for exercise.
