How about the weight sessions of Chalean extreme.

Body media Fit (Kifit in UK) will be more accurate as fitbit will on,y do steps, not the arm movements and carrying.

OK. I KNOW, I KNOW!!! It DOESNT make sense. That's why I'm asking the question. These people sent lieing. I know it's only wTer weight but still- I never lose that amount of ANY weight!
-
I don't lose on MFP values. I'm using a portion control plan set by a proper qualified dietician ( not a 'nutritionist' ) which is about 1400 cals and not eating back exercise calories. I have lost about 3 pounds in the last two weeks which I'm happy with. Just interested how people are getting these results eating similar…
-
No. I suppose so. Just intriguing.
-
It is real food- not everyone uses shakeology. Common sense tells me it's not magic but when I eat those calories, I don't lose that weight. That's what I can't understand.
-
Hee hee. I suppose so. Nothing is magic!

The only Beachbody stuff online is illegal torrents. There is a 21Day fix commercial video. Alternatively, if you buy it and don't like it- there's a 30 Day money back, guarantee
-
Anyone?
-
Do you have the MFP app. There are videos explaining how it all works. Got to ? On the left hand side. They may be on the website too but I'm not sure. Edited to say- on website, go to help section and then go to Getting Started. This should help hopefully.
-
But are these the correct size. It's the volume that's important.
-
Anyone.

I got bored of T25 as the workouts all seemed similar but I love P90x3 as there's a huge variation on different workouts.
-
I would always weigh everything in future rather than use cups/ tablespoons etc. it's much more accurate
-
I'm now about to start week 4. The second time round for each routine was SO much easier to follow
-
On website, go to My Home, then Goals. Look at top of right column
-
Sounds like Beachbody coach speak!
-
Do you use app or website

I think its psychology. If you prefer to gain extra calories by exercising then set it to lightly active. If you want to make sure you exercise or else you will lose calories, then set it to active. As long as you enable negative calories though, you will end up with the same calories in the long run.
-
You can get it from international Amazon or I think Beachbody USA will ship. Remember the postage will be expensive and you will probably pay import tax on too, to the courier company.
-
Just to add that you need to make sure that the figure you are using is as accurate as possible.
-
The loop and garmini viviofit are the only activity trackers that can be paired to a HRM for exercise. Do a search- you will find lots of posts on this.
-
Don't understand what you mean. Calories calculated by fitbit have nothing to do with activity level set on MFP. This activity level will however effect your Firbit adjustment but as long as you have negative calories enabled, whatever activity level you set, it will not change the amount of calories you are allowed to eat.

Slow weight loss is better. You have already set a deficit so you do t want exercise to produce an even better deficit. Don't think of exercise for weight loss but for health and a better body composition.
-
That's brilliant you look like I did and I'm aiming to look the same as you. How tall are you?
-
Disagree. You are NOT gaining that more muscle. Are you adding your ecercise on. That doesn't seem a lot of calories for that much exercise.
-
Open your diary so people can see what you are doing and give more personalised advice
-
Are you weighing everything and logging. Are you keeping to the calories suggested by MFP
-
Sainsburys have on online plan in which you can count calories or use their meal plan or a mixture of both.

The only appropriate help is to advise OP to consult a doctor/ properly qualified dietician. You may be a PT but then you more than anyone should now your limitations and when to refer on to someone more qualified than you
