If you look at his profile- he' sells herbalife!

No advice I'm afraid but interesting reading as I'm just the same- within my healthy weight range but unhappy with the fat on my torso. Like you- I'm constantly changing things but I do it as I feel what's the point in continuing with something that doesn't work. Also like you I become obsessed but I think the obsession is…

I agree, it's not about eliminating ALL FODMAPS, just finding the ones that cause problems. You eliminate them all for six weeks and then bring them back one at a time, gradually increasing the amounts. It's hard work though and takes months.

I don't agree that you necessarily do it because it tastes good. Occasionally I do exactly the dame thing and I'm not even actually enjoying the food. Have a read of the book- Eating Less by Gillian Riley. You can get it as an ebook from Amazon so you can't get it now. It's all about taking control if mindless eating.

I did the FODMAP elimination diet. As Fatdoob said, you must do it with a dietician. It's transformed my life now that I know the triggers. I'm a veggie too so can't always eliminate my triggers when I'm out and I REALLY feel it afterwards. It great not to dread eating, knowing that you will feel really crap afterwards.

Forgot ther is also JNL fusion. She drives me nuts though.
-
Fair enough. Wonder if she'll bring out 30 minute ones. I think we're all getting used to that now. Body Revolution is a mixture of strength and cardio

Did you look at the cathe Friedrich stuff?

It's not 'soccer'. It's FOOTBALL!!!!!!????????????

Oops. Just realised you had posted on it ????

Just saw this post http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1236993-t25-gamma-phase-p90x3 If you do a search, you might find others.

HRM Aren't supposed to be accurate for lifting
-
Go to cardio and do a search there. Bear in mind that its a very tough estimate though.
-
Good point. Just read original post and as you say OP didn't mention calorie burn I suppose I just presumed as that's what most people are interested in- I stand corrected????
-
It works but is it accurate. I thought you heart rate needs to be accelerated for HRM to be accurate. I suppose it depends how far you walk. An activity monitor may be better.
-
Thanks. I've posted on there.
-
Oooo. Just noticed that for previous days, my initial calorie allowance has changed because I changed my activity level ( as expected but the fitbit adjustment didn't change to allow for this this.
-
It's ok. It's changed now. I was too impatient. Thanks
-
I wasn't being sarcastic. I thought you were suggesting a plan. Just re-read you r post and I understand now ????
-
Is that the name of the website? I've googled 'Healthy vegan food' and can't find a site of that name.
-
Anyone?
-
Thanks. Think I'll do that.

Just steady state cardio exercise. If you want something for all day then look at Activity monitors Do searches for the following Fitbit Zip/one/ Flex - Force been recalled but should be releasing something to replace it soon STRIIV- play/ smart pedometer- if you like games nike Fuelband SE/Jawbone Up 24- both second…
-
The Pilar Lopp and Garmin vivofit are activity monitors which you can then link with a HRM for exercise v

It's all the girly chatter about her nails and outfits that annoys me.

I'm doing p90x3 and they advise pull ups with bands as an alternative. I use the bodylastics bands which have a door attachment included in the kit.
-
I mean I'm on day 6 (7 now) of P90x3. I started BR but got bored and gave up ( as I always do). I'm determined to see this through though.

I think things were different 20 years ago. Going to a tupperware party was a social event and allowed you to buy things you couldn't get locally. Now, we can buy things directly from the manufacturer from the internet where we don't have to pay for multiple people to get cuts. Saying that, I DO like and buy BB DVDs but…
-
I can't see the point in getting something that's not accurate- you might as well just pick a number out of the air. There are things that are more accurate than pedometers such as Amiigo, Bodymedia Fit and Basis B1 but not for that pricy - sorry! Also the Polar Loop and Garmin Vivofit can be used as an activity monitor…

Just t remind you that there is a beginners calendar you can follow to.
