It's personally the last thing I want to deal with on here when I'm working on doing something for me & bettering my health.
-
Yes, you are very luck to have missed it! lol It has been a big pain but luckily we've had a pretty nice week, up in the 70's today where I am :)

Gahh!! The dreaded before pictures... They do just flat out suck. But do you best to turn them into motivation and realize they are "before" pictures and you never have to look back as long as you keep trying. Good luck! :)
-
Wonderful!! You seriously look awesome, keep up the good work!
-
Congratulations!!! You look great!
-
Beautiful smile!

You're not alone, we all fall off! A good grocery store trip with all my favorite healthy low calorie choices always helps me get motivated to start again. GOOD LUCK!
-
You are AMAZING!

I always try a full glass of water first and if I'm still hungry I too save up some calories at night for a snack. Although on days I work out I always feel like I've had plenty to eat. Since obviously the more you burn the more you can eat.
-
Okay. This makes sense to me.
-
Probably.
-
-
Exactly. It's all of those things are going to factor in weight loss. I don't see how we can argue that someone eating 1200 fast food calories will have the same results as someone eating 1200 salad calories.
-
I disagree. If you eat 1 hamburger and it has 500 calories and then you go home and eat 500 calories worth of salad those calories are different. And yes have different fat content.
-
No the outcome would not be the same. My point is 300 calories from mc Donald's are def different From 300 calories of salad because of the content in those calories. The fat, sodium and sugar levels will be all different and there for results will vary.
-
Of course if you stay under your calorie goal you will probably still lose weight regardless of what you eat. But you absolutely will lose more weight if the calories you're eating are salad and not fast food. It's not all about calorie counting but managing your intake of everything. Fats, sugar, protein, ect. Obviously…

Hey, I'm Katie! I'm 21 years old and this awful Ohio winter has kicked my calorie counting butt! I'm starting up again after falling off the wagon a couple months & hoping having some friends for support and accountability this time will help :) My diary is open , feel free to add me!

I totally relate to you in terms of emotional eating. I've used my fitness pal before with great results! After falling off for a few months I'm at it again! :) I think ill do better with having friends this time to share support. Feel free to add me! Kaham6
