Why not start now? Yes the holidays are around but you will be ahead of the game. Instagram is a great source to use that is where I get my workouts and food ideas. I am also trying to loose weight my problem is the eating part not the exercise. Good luck!

How are you doing it?? I'm having a hard time with 1500 calories a day. I'm having a hard time figuring out foods and it does not help that my oven does not work.
