I love any bacon that makes it to my lips. Lately it has been Black Pepper Thick Applewood smoked from a local meat counter. I know they have chocolate covered bacon but I would love to find Salted-Caramel coated Bacon

When I started to count my calories this is when I felt I needed something to eat. Just about everyday at 3:00 I have a cup of cottage, pickle or Greek Yogurt and 5 Whole Grain Crackers. This does a great job of holding me over til dinner.

I personally find girls with glass as a Turn-On. I do not know why it is but I love a woman wearing glasses. And if they look geeky in them it is even more of a Turn-On. I guess to each their own little quirks.

My wife and I use cheese every day. Mostly Cheddar which is 110 calories and ounce and we both easily find enough room for 2 oz on a regular basis. It really is not that bad at all plus it has protien and fat that make me feel fuller.

Mine is only small but on my Lunch hour I walk two miles and normally it takes between 39 to 40 minutes but the last two days I have been under 39 Minutes 38:45 and 38:06. My favorite snack is a cup of cottage cheese and a pickle. The cottage cheese has a great amount of protien for the amount of calories.
