I made bacon gravy last night... had some bacon wrapped chops, so just added some flour to the pan and un-friggin-believable!!!! I swear I'm a genius... or a bacon Goddess...

I love any bacon that makes it to my lips. Lately it has been Black Pepper Thick Applewood smoked from a local meat counter.

I know they have chocolate covered bacon but I would love to find Salted-Caramel coated Bacon

i've had Hormel Black Label, definitely very good. probably the best out of the supermarket brands that i've tried.
